About me
I'm deeply passionate about life and fascinated by the intricate workings of the human body and mind.
My academic journey led me to a Bachelor's degree in International Business Management and Finance, marking the initial years of my career. While pursuing my professional path, I seamlessly blended my love for sports, acquiring certifications as a sports instructor in various disciplines.
From swimming, running, and cycling to cross-training, I actively participated in diverse competitions, eventually turning my passion for sports into a dedicated career. Seeking to enhance the quality of life for a broader audience, I delved into mobility training for seniors and children.
My own transformative experiences with the profound impact of diet and sleep on athletic performance and overall well-being heightened my awareness of the crucial role these factors play in our lives. This awareness deepened during my pregnancy with twins, where I began to understand the intricate connection between nutrition and the development of my babies.
A pivotal moment in my journey occurred at a Longevity Convention, igniting my interest in Functional Medicine. I strongly believe that Functional Medicine is the future of healthcare. In alignment with this conviction, I became a Functional Medicine Coach through the Functional Medicine Coaching Academy US, an esteemed collaborative program of The Institute of Functional Medicine.
